Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 1, 2026
1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password (managed by our authentication provider). We do not collect your name, phone number, or physical address.
When you use the service, we store the content you create — including campaigns, projects, scripts, shot descriptions, prompts, uploaded reference images, and AI-generated images and videos.
2. Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number, CVV, or billing address. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy. We only receive confirmation of successful payments and store your credit balance in our database.
3. Third-Party AI Services
To power AI generation features, your content (text prompts, reference images) is sent to third-party AI providers:
- fal.ai — image and video generation. Prompts and reference images are sent to their API.
- OpenRouter — LLM text generation (scripts, shot lists, prompts). Text content is sent to their API, which routes to underlying model providers.
These services process your data under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their terms if you have concerns about how your content is handled.
4. Hosting & Infrastructure
Our application is hosted on Vercel. Our database, authentication, and file storage are provided by Supabase. These providers may process server logs that include your IP address as part of normal operations.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use only essential cookies required for authentication (session tokens). We do not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or any third-party tracking scripts.
6. Data Retention
Your account data and created content are retained for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at the email below.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
